Alicia Kassebohm is a freelance art director, photographer, and writer from Berlin.
During her time at the renowned advertising agency Scholz & Friends her work was rewarded with the Red Dot Award and multiple awards at the ADC advertising festival. Afterwards, she was envolved in the launch of Refinery29 Germany, the German branch of the biggest online magazine for women in the U.S.
Ever since she bought her first camera at the age of 15, she worked on personal projects and shootings. 2012 she won at Deutscher Jugendfotopreis (German Youth Photography Award), 2014 her first book Beardicted got published at the publishing house Seltmann+Söhne. This series about bearded men was picked up by several known blogs and magazines worldwide.
Since 2013 she is a contributor at the most popular Berlin blog iHeartBerlin.
Currently, she is co-publishing and managing the Berlin-based lifestyle and design magazine Almanach.
